It looks as maybe, just MAYBE, the leader of the hacking group LulzSec (alias Sabu) has finally been identified and also confirmed by Sabu himself. In a recently posted Blogspot website, details that ‘doxed’ (documentation identifying) Sabu, have appeared. It all seems to point back to a Portuguese man named Hugo Carvalho. He has a network security and web server hosting background. He’s works for Portugal Telecommunications on the IP Operation & Configuration team. He also seems to be the CEO of his own startup: Host Squadron (also appears here as a snapshot before the page was changed).
He has a LinkedIN profile. (Check here if it disappears)
He has a Hi5 profile.
He has a Facebook profile.
It appears Hugo (Sabu) isn’t worried even a little bit about the Portuguese government extraditing him to the United States.
Much better and detailed information regarding Sabu can be found here.
Now this begs the question, can the FBI have him extradited or are they stuck?
